Screenlife taps on 47 Degrees for multi-platform trivia
Screenlife created entertainment-based games including the wildly popular DVD game Scene It?, a best seller worldwide. Their entertainment games challenged users in categories which included Movie, TV, Sports, Music and blockbuster hits like Harry Potter, Star Trek and Twilight. As part of their original push into online gaming, Screenlife tapped on 47 Degrees to help with an ambitious plan to deliver a seamless gaming experience across multiple platforms with the original release of Scene It? Daily.
Unfortunately, Screenlife’s parent company Paramount pulled the plug for ‘Scene It?’ and ‘Scene It? Daily’ in March 2012 [Geekwire].
Updated Daily
To supplement an existing collection of blockbuster focused trivia games, 47 Degrees worked with Screenlife to bring a new type of trivia to consumers. Akin to daily updates from the entertainment column in a newspaper or magazine, Scene It? Daily provided consumers with fresh movie, television, music and celebrity quizzes – updated daily. Leaderboards (Game Center integration) allow players to compare their skills against fellow Scene It? Daily players or their own Facebook network.
Cross-Platform
The seamless gaming experience allows players to start a quiz on Facebook and continue game play from a iOS or Android device – Leaderboards, tickets, questions and achievements accessible at any time from any device.
